RETURN AND REFUND

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our Distribution Center in accordance with our Online Return Policy.

All returns are refunded via store credit for use on a future purchase.

 

Note: Closeout sale items and special sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final on these items.

 

Helpful Hint: It is very important that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt! 

How do I return my item(s)? 

Before returning item to Exotically Savage, you must obtain a Returns Authorization Code (RAC) from our Sales department. Items(s) returned without a RAC attached on the package will not be accepted.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.

Am I responsible for return shipping fees? 

It is customer's responsibility to send the item(s) back to us. Exotically Savage only pay for return shipping for mishandled items (wrong item shipped). For other type of return, customer will need to pay for return shipping freight. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return item along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.

When my return will be processed?

Most returns are processed within 5-7 business days once the item is received at our Distribution Centre  and properly check for damages. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit for use on a future purchase.
