For Online International Purchases

If you would like to return an item you must notify us within 7 business days on receipt of your item and send back item within 7 business days of the delivery date.
All returns are refunded via "store credit" for use on a future purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse any return request not made within 7 business days after receipt of goods.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Item must be free of stains, it must not be soiled.
Closeout sale items and special sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final on these items.
Exotically Savage is not responsible for shipping cost on return items. It is customer's responsibility to send the item back to us. Exotically Savage only pay for return shipping for mishandled items (wrong item shipped).
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please email exotically savage@gmail.com for assistance.
Exotically Savage reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for Final Sale or sale items.
